Welcome to Ottawa Olde Forge Rug Hooking Branch

We are based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and are within Area One of the Ontario Hooking Craft Guild (OHCG).  OHCG is our connection to rug hooking throughout the province of Ontario and beyond. Our members hook in a wide range of styles including primitive and traditional and enjoy experimenting in new and innovative interpretations with a variety of fibres and backings.

Every year, Ottawa Olde Forge Rug Hooking Branch hosts the Area's Hook-In. Rug Hookers from all towns, villages, cities in the designated Area 1 (Brockville, Deep River, Beaconsfield, Pembroke, Rideau Valley, Merrickville and Ottawa) are invited to attend.
